It has been scientifically proved that sitting by lakes or seas is a great way of meditation since water has the enchanting quality of receptivity. You don’t even need to go to a real lake but look at a picture of lake or just imagine a lake image in your mind. We are part of the nature even we normally neglect the fact and not think about it.
If you don’t have the patience for a 20 minutes mindfulness meditation, it is totally fine. Just sit there not scrolling down on Instagram or talk, just sit and take a deep breath.
